Bet you don't see this one every day: 2x2 Bicycle Rack

Post by dem »

I like bicycling and I like motorcycling and I hate caging.. so.. https://2x2cycles.com/ to the rescue. I had one on my BMW and did a 5000 mile trip with it, I figure the FJR will let me get further/faster :)

Nice, I've wanted one of these. I also want to be enough of a bicyclist to actually use one of these.

I don't know what kind of laws you have in the states but there is no way that would be legal in the UK

Other than "stuff that extends more than 4 feet beyond your tail light needs a light" - nothing prevents it, other than maybe general safety catch-all type of laws.

I've seen another bike up at Alice's with a bicycle on the back but I think it was a Beemer... you'll definitely stick out in the crowd! ;)

I want it. If you can quickly attach one of these to an SR357, I may order one.

Yup, the SR357 is indeed the recommended perch, that is what is under mine. Garrett @ 2x2cycles can hook you up!

I remember seeing something like this in the late 90s, early 2Ks. SWMBO would have nothing to do with that so deep in the grey matter the thought went. EOM is right next to mountain bike central for WNC. Could be a sign...
