I often have found myself when I was not looking, nor did that discovery take place where I thought it would!

Liking these RS IIIs.
Glad I kicked the R6GT habit.
Money I saved almost paid for this camping trip.

Re: The Dunlop Road Smart III compared to Michelin PR2/PR4GT Dilemma
I've been a RS3 guy for years, but 2 of the last 3 set I got had bad fronts.
So I have no front end shake/shimmy with the old set. Put a brand new set on and have a very noticeable head shake at around 40 MPH.
I pull it back into shop and dubble check the balance and everything all checks out ok. 6000 miles later change the tire again and head shake goes away. 6000 miles later change tire and its back. WTF. Like I said. As near as I can tell 2 of the 3 fronts were bad. I bought them all from Revzilla.

Re: The Dunlop Road Smart III compared to Michelin PR2/PR4GT Dilemma
I haven't road the FJR since mounting the RS3 so today was the day. I moved the bike out of the garage, came to where the FJR was only to see a balance weight had fallen off. Nuts. That is a first. So in the time it took to listen to Robin Trower's classic debut album Twice Removed from Yesterday I removed, balanced and replaced the wheel. Trower should be in the Rock in Roll Hall of Fame. Darn shame.

Twice Removed from Yesterday - 50th anniversary.
Saw Robin Trower at Paramount Theater, Seattle 1974
Awesome! Listen to any of his blues stuff?
And I still like Michelin PR5

I was at Trower's concert at the Paramount in '74 as well. Yes I have some of Robin's recent albums - great stuff. He is still rocking and creating very good music.
